Merchandise such as jewelry, final sale items, undergarments, handbags, evening crystal clutch bags, handbags, hats, earrings, necklaces, lapel pins, men’s ties, cufflinks, and accessories are considered final sale and non-refundable. However, all other clothing items outside of what is listed above that is unworn and tagged clothing may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 7 days from when items were received. To receive store credit or exchange, items approved for refund must remain in its original packaging. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable so you are responsible for shipping and handling fees associated with the exchange. In the event that there was an error on our part, we will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.
However, in the event of an ongoing pandemic such as COVID-19, all sales are final and cannot be returned for health reasons. Don’t hesitate to contact us via email or phone if you are unsure about your size before placing your order because all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Contact our customer care via email at Aramide@thearamide.com to confirm that your order is eligible for return and to receive an approval code.
- All items approved for return must remain in its original packaging with all tags to ensure credit or exchange is processed.
- Add order number, customer name and address to return package for proper tracking.
- Customer is responsible for return postage fees so a tracking number must be provided for the item approved for exchange.

We use FedEx for shipping our packages within the USA. FedEx shipping offers delivery to every address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states within 5 to 7 business days based on the distance to the destination (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3 to 7 business days). Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost to the customer. Customer care will contact the customer for final shipping costs prior to shipping out the package. For international shipping we offer DHL express service and US Postal Service, however the customer is responsible for all import duties and vat fees that varies from country to country. International shipping fees may also vary based on weight and location.
