However, in the event of an ongoing pandemic such as COVID-19, all sales are final and cannot be returned for health reasons. Don’t hesitate to contact us via email or phone if you are unsure about your size before placing your order because all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Instructions
1.) Contact our customer care via email at Aramide@thearamide.com to confirm that your order is eligible for return and to receive an approval code.
2.) All items approved for return must remain in its original packaging with all tags to ensure credit or exchange is processed.
3.) Add order number, customer name and address to return package for proper tracking.
4.) Customer is responsible for return postage fees so a tracking number must be provided for the item approved for exchange.
