 Return Policy

We strive to provide great customer service and by providing great quality products. We value and appreciate your business. If you are unsure about an item please contact our customer care for clarification before placing your order. Merchandise such as jewelry, sale items, undergarments, handbags, evening clutches hats and all accessories are considered final sale and non refundable. However unworn and tagged clothing may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 7 days from when items were received. To receive store credit or exchange, items approved for refund must remain in its original packaging. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable so you are responsible for shipping and handling fees associated with the exchange. In the event that there was an error on our part, we will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.

Return instructions

  1. Contact our customer care via email at Aramide@thearamide.com to confirm that your order is eligible for return and to receive an approval code.
  2. All items approved for return must remain in its original packaging with all tags to ensure credit or exchange is processed.
  3. Add order number, customer name and address to return package for proper tracking.
  4. Customer is responsible for return postage fees so a tracking number must be provided for the item approved for exchange.

Shipping Policy

We use FedEx for shipping our packages within the USA. FedEx shipping offers delivery to every address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states within 5 to 7 business days based on the distance to the destination (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3 to 7 business days). Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost to the customer. Customer care will contact the customer for final shipping costs prior to shipping out the package. For international shipping we offer DHL express service and US Postal Service, however the customer is responsible for all import duties and vat fees that varies from country to country. International shipping fees may also vary based on weight and location.
